for quick component and fiducial recognition.

Our screen printer, SMT Pick and Place System, Slide Line, Reflow Oven, Dip Inserter, Wave Solder
System and Aqueous Cleaner enables us to build and of your circuit card assemblies cost-effectively.
Normally we can turn short orders of this technology type within two weeks once the material is in house.
With Maximum Flexibility
Btp is set to perform your contracts on either a consignment or turn-key basis. We have the System
Controls in place to order, stock, inventory, and track the material and work in process to efficiently
perform our contract orders. Our Material control System, Production Control System, and Purchasing
System are computer based and controlled by the Materials Organization.
And Product Assurance
The Product Assurance Organization ts the first, foremost and final organization to assurre that circuit
card assemlies meet our co\ustomers quality demands Our Quality system is certified to MIL-I-45208.
Key elements of the system are MIL-STD-45662, Calibration of Test Equipment; MIL-STD-1520, Control
of Non-Conformance Materials; MIL-STD-1535, Control of Purchase Goods; and MIL-STD-483, Control
of Engineering Changes. The Product Assurance Organization utilizes Statistical Process Control
disciplines to assist Process Improvement Teams in their approach to continuous quality control
enhancements.
