Cost Effective System Repair
At Btp we have the expertise to systematically test and repair your electronic hardware. We have the
know-how to layout and assemble hot-mock-ups to functional test most electronic systems. Our strategy
typically is to fault isolate to a functional level and then to the component level once the problem
area has been localized. When the defective component has been identified, the assembly is passed
on via clear and concise work instructions for part removal and replacement by a certified and
skilled operator. Repaired units then undergo a burn-in cycle to drive out
other potential or
immature failures. The unit or system repaired if repaired, retested and then inspected before
shipment to our customers.
Btp will help you optimize your maintenance cost by making sure that the replacement part is the lowest
priced form, fit, functional, interchangeable part in the marketplace. Btp will
recommend to its
customers when to reengineer a product based upon part availability and obsolescence.

The Product Assurance Organization is the first, foremost and final organization to
assure that circuit
>card assemblies meet our customers quality demands Our Quality system is certified to MIL-I-45208.
Key elements of the system are MIL-STD-45662, Calibration of Test Equipment; MIL-STD-1520, Control of
Non-Conformance Materials; MIL-STD-1535, Control of Purchase Goods; and MIL-STD-483, Control of
Engineering Changes. The Product Assurance Organization utilizes Statistical Process Control disciplines
to assist Process Improvement Teams in their approach to continuous quality control enhancements.
